Troubleshooting Printers

Problems you can have with your  printers.  

Turn printer off then back on.
Is all the power cord connected?
Is the link light on and green?
Pull the RJ-45 out and plug it back in until you hear a click
Do you have paper in the printer?
Hold the reset button until the printer prints the ip address
The ticket will print out with the ip address
